Here’s hoping you made it to the second week or even better, have a week off after the first week of the finals that were last week.
Here are the players worth keeping/selling for the finals.
Bargains for the finals
Scott D. Thompson
He’s been in excellent form in the past 4 weeks, scoring 111pt’s, 125pt’s, 90pt’s and 107pt’s. Valued at $449 700, he’s a great pick-up at that price.
Chris Newman
One of the more in-form backman in SuperCoach averaging 107pt’s over the past 4 weeks, whilst only being worth $476 700.
Jude Bolton
Valued at $505 900 and in excellent form at the moment averaging 127pt’s over the past 4 weeks.
Chris Judd
When a guy like him is valued at $506 000, you need to pounce.
Adam Goodes
Fresh off his 223pt game against the Tigers; he is unbelievably priced at $526 900 considering that he has averaged 113pt’s for the year.
Must haves’ for the finals
Alan Didak
He’s back from his mini-slump after an excellent haul against Adelaide where he scored 153pt’s whilst being worth $511 700.
Dane Swan
Now the most expensive player in the league worth $669 200. Good luck for the rest of the finals if you don’t have him.
Brett Deledio
Since his kick up the a** from Jade Rawlings, he has been excellent whilst also averaging 112pt’s. He’s also been one of the higher scoring forwards in the league, so given his good form; he’ll be good to have in the following weeks.
Greg Broughton
He has been a fair revelation since he finaaaaallllyy got his third game after playing in round 3, then 8 and then finally from round 10 onwards where he has been the second highest scoring backman behind Brendan Goddard with an average of 107pt’s.
Must get rid’
Jarryd Roughead
One of the SuperCoach disappointments for the year is out for the year with a knee injury.
Cameron Bruce
With a broken wrist, he will be out for they year after being a pretty good points scorer averaging 98pt’s all year long.
Sam Gilbert
He had been excellent averaging 98pt’s for the year, but his back injury has left him out for 2 vital SuperCoach games. Hopefully he’ll return this week.
Jarrad McVeigh
After averaging 114pt’s over the past 3 weeks, his hamstring that he sustained in round 14 finally required 2 to 3 weeks rest.
Daniel Cross
Out for a minimum of 2 weeks after ankle surgery. ‘Massive disappointment for the heap of SuperCoach players who have him.
Previous players revisited
Scott Pendlebury (96pt’s) and Shaun Burgoyne (129pt’s) had good games.
Liam Anthony (61pt’s), Leon Davis (79pt’s) and Brent Reilly(58pt’s) unfortunately.
Gary Ablett (81pt’s) either is out of form or injured but with a little bit of media heat coming his way, look for him to fire.
