St Kilda star players Brendan Goddard and Leigh Montagna have signed a contract extension with the club for another 2 years, which puts them out of reach from the Gold Coast and Greater Western Sydney.
Both players had one year remaining on their previous contracts before signing for an extended contract until 2012. Both Goddard and Montagna have committed to the club and have said that they do not want to be anywhere else but the St Kilda Football Club, and hope they can play at the club for the remainder of their careers.
Goddard and Montagna join other St Kilda star players Nick Riewoldt, Sam Fisher and Sam Gilbert, who have re-signed with the club in 2009.
