Clay Smith in detail

Clay Smith is a left footed midfielder from Gippsland, Smith is known as a leader out on the field and it’s not hard to see why with how he plays.

Smith can win his own ball or stay outside the packs, either way he creates play. Where I like Smith most is playing as a rover where his work rate and attack on the contest see him win a large number of clearances.

Smith was selected in the All Australian U18 side, which pretty much guarantees he’ll get selected in the first round of the AFL Draft. Shouldn’t be near the top 10, I have him going just after pick 15 at this stage.
