Earlier today Jason Gram appeared in court after being accused of breaching an intervention order.
Gram was granted bail. The police opposed bail as Gram has previously been bailed on the same charge and continued to contact the woman in that instance.
Gram is accused of sending 98 text messages and 16 Facebook messages to the woman who had taken out an intervention order against him.
Jason Gram will need to re-appear in court on November 22nd.

Over the past two days Greater Western Sydney managed to trade its way into poll position for the 2012 AFL Draft. After a week and a half of the AFL Trade Period they now possess five first round draft picks- including the first three selections and they didn’t have to give up anything from their 2012 list. Earlier this morning Kurt Tippett issued a statement advising his intention to play football for Sydney next year. The clubs will need to work out a trade for him to get there as he isn’t a free agent.
Tippett sighted work/life balance and the cultural success of the Sydney Swans as reasons he has chosen to move to their club.
Now that Tippett has decided what he will be doing, other deals should fall into place.
The first four days of the free agency period has lead to a lot more player movement than we are used to at this time of year, then again we aren’t used to seeing any!
Some football people are loving it, others hating it, either way it is here to stay.
