SportsBet odds: $1.05 vs. $10.00
1st. vs. 11th
In what should be a fairly uneventful game, the in-form Collingwood take on an Adelaide Crows outfit that had an impressive victory whilst undermanned against the Lions away from home. The news early this week of Nathan Bock defecting to the new Gold Coast Suns will no doubt affect the club and chances are, it will be a galvanising one.
It’s just a shame that they are coming up against the in-form team of the competition….. (more…)

Brisbane – 13.19 (97)
Adelaide – 15.14 (104)
For the second week in a row Brisbane has played in a close match, but unfortunately for them this time they did not prevail. Adelaide on the other hand did, but unfortunately they are still two and a half games out of the eight so will not play finals. (more…)

SportsBet Odds: $3.20 vs $1.35
11th vs. 4th
The Crows have had somewhat of a revival in the last month but face a huge challenge against the inform Bulldogs who are marching towards another September campaign. Adelaide to keep its slim finals hopes alive needs to win every game left to be a chance and this will be one of the tougher games even though it is at AAMI stadium. (more…)

SportsBet Odds: $2.42 vs. $1.57
15th vs. 10th
This match should be one of the games of the round on paper, both Richmond and Adelaide have had a poor start to the season but have jumped back on their feet over the past 5-6 weeks.
This match is more important to the Crows as a win will put them within reach of finals, however it will not secure them a spot. For the Tigers a win will put them another game clear of the Eagles in 16th spot on the ladder and put pressure on them to perform if they want to avoid it. (more…)

1st vs. 10th
Adelaide faces one of its biggest challenges in the last month taking on Geelong who are welcoming back some big names this round. The Crows have put their season back on track winning 4 of their past 5 games and still is a sneaky chance for the final eight results going their way. (more…)

There were plenty of 150+ scores this week, and they were fairly well spread across all of the positions. Brian Lake (156) represents the defenders on his own, but Dane Swan (163), Leigh Montagna (155), Scott Thompson (155), and Kade Simpson (151) all represent the midfielders, while Cyril Rioli (159) and Kurt Tippett (153) represent the forwards. Adelaide – 19.10 (124)
Essendon – 5.10 (40)
Adelaide has comprehensively taken care of a lacklustre Essendon side on Saturday night. The Crows dominated large portions of the match and extended their lead at ever change. They looked like a very different side from the one we were seeing at the start of the year. Their run from half back was fantastic, they dominated the corridor, and they hit targets going forward, eventually leading to an 84 point smashing. (more…)

SportsBet Odds: $1.65 vs $2.25
10th vs. 14th
This shapes up as an important game for both sides. If the Crows can get on top and take home the points then they will draw level with the Bombers on points, but if they lose they fall behind the eight ball again. Essendon don’t travel very often this year so winning these interstate games is important, especially when they are fighting to keep their season alive. (more…)
